Let me tell you a quick story that hopefully can serve as a bit of inspiration to you.
I once worked with this guy named Joe. Joe never struck me, or anyone rather, as the type of guy to be ambitious and go after his goals like a real go-getter.
It was obvious that Joe was overweight. Surely, he wasn’t satisfied with how he looked in the mirror.
Unless he just didn’t care, but I highly doubt that. had to start with a New Year’s Resolution that he had made, because, at the beginning of the year, Joe started to lose weight.
Not just some weight here and there – He really started to lean down.
His belly was flat. His cheekbones in his face were showing because his face got so slim.
He even talked differently. By May, I couldn’t even tell it was Joe anymore.
It was a completely different person.
Yet, it was still the same, old Joe I was working with 6 months ago who was overweight and eating his regular cheeseburger and fries for lunch.
Your question, just as mine was once, what the heck happened to Joe?
